Martin leads the membership team, which includes the Digital Manager, Operations Manager and Systems Officer.

Mark has overall responsibility for the ETF’s marketing and communications including corporate communications, brand, publications, social media and its digital estate.
Head of Operations - Alana Horden
Alana manages the day-to-day operations of SET membership, overseeing the provision of the service through the website, customer enquiries team, face-to-face and online events.
QTLS Co-ordinator - Lewis Dan
Lewis deals with QTLS, general member queries and CRM queries. He assists with the administration of the QTLS process and provides support for members using the Reflect+ system.
Marketing Manager - Emma Cosby
Emma manages external communications for SET, via email, advertising and online. She develops the marketing and communications strategy for future and current SET members.
Digital Communications Manager - Helen Taranowski
Helen is responsible for managing and updating the content on the SET and ETF websites.
Communications Editor - Julia Faulks
Julia is responsible for providing editorial direction across the ETF's digital platforms, managing content for the SET membership website and commissioning and editing blogs and articles.
Senior Digital Communications and Events Officer - Charley Francis
Charley leads on branding for SET, as well as managing all social media activity and presence at sector events.

Amanda assists with the administration of SET, helping with enquiries and supporting membership operations.
Systems Officer - Angela Norman
Angela maintains the customer relationship management system, which involves updating members' records, processing refunds, invoices, direct debit payments and resolving member queries.
