The Safeguarding Group is routed in understanding what it’s like to be front line, to be delivering practical support daily, including in FE. Our team have spent years working in and leading education, policing, youth justice, mental health and care sector organisations.
The Safeguarding Group was started to address an issue we often faced ourselves - when looking for appropriate CPD, support or supervision, we found little that met the needs of our staff, in the context of our environment. FE and training is a unique sector, and we believe it deserves equally bespoke and relevant support too.

Natspec Transform and TechAbility
Natspec is the voice of specialist further education. Our Transform and TechAbility services provide training and consultancy to support the wider FE sector. Transform CPD and consultancy supports professionals who work with students aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in areas such as RARPA, work-based learning and quality of provision. TechAbility is an Assistive Technology (AT) support service providing consultancy around AT in your organisation, as well as training for staff looking to develop their knowledge and skills with technology.
