This is an interactive webinar whereby attendees are encouraged to share their thoughts and advice on how to change their teaching delivery style, as hosts from Train Aid, Nick Chadwick and Tom Casserley, explain both the successful elements and challenges they have faced.
Whether you are a newly qualified teacher, or an experienced head of department, this session is focused on sharing good practice during these uncertain times and understanding the skills and techniques other practitioners have used when delivering courses.
There are five stages to the Teaching and Learning cycle and all attendees are expected to contribute their own ideas and experiences to each stage of the session in order to receive a certificate of attendance.

Nick Chadwick
Nick Chadwick is a SET Member with Qualified Teaching Learning Skills (QTLS) status. He has taught within schools and sixth form colleges for more than 10 years. Nick is a former course leader and head of department. Nick is currently the Education and Assessment manager at Train Aid, responsible for delivering and monitoring of the different teacher training, assessing and quality assurance courses.
Tom Casserley
Having graduated with a Masters in Sports Science from Chichester University in the summer of 2003, Tom secured a lecturing role at a large inner-city FE college in South London. Tom spent five years there building a successful sports department, which also included completing my Certificate in Education. In 2008, he became Head of Sport at a Sixth Form College in Surrey. He managed a large department, developing and teaching on both A Level and BTEC pathways. Tom started Train Aid in 2009.
