SET24 will be held at The Vox Conference Centre, Birmingham. As part of our commitment to sustainable development, we are taking steps to reduce the carbon footprint of SET24 wherever possible, working within Climate Action for Associations (CAFA) guidelines to allow the event to take place as sustainably as possible without compromising on the high-quality experience of previous years.
Just a few of the steps we are taking include reducing paper use through digital ticketing and a conference app, using locally sourced produce for refreshments and lunch, and providing ‘green’ guidelines for sponsors and exhibitors.

Tickets include access to all sessions at the conference, a standing hot lunch and two refreshment breaks. Breakout sessions are limited capacity and on a first come, first served basis.

Refunds will not be available after 17 December. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a colleague without charge.

If you are no longer able to attend the conference and would like to transfer your ticket to a colleague (who must be eligible for the same ticket type), please email setevents@etfoundation.co.uk at your earliest convenience with the email address of the new attendee. The team will contact your colleague directly to update the information on the ticket.
