QTLS application process

The application window for the January 2025 cohort is now closed.

Before you can undertake professional formation you need to successfully submit an application by the deadline.

This requires you to upload certificates and provide evidence of your teaching practice, and an endorsement from a ‘supporter’. This information can take a few days to gather so we recommend that you allow 5 working days to complete your application.

The application fee is £50. The application fee can either be paid via credit/debit card. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. 

Once payment has been received your application portfolio can be accessed via a pink 'PF APP' button at the top of the SET website when you are logged in to your SET dashboard (see below image). The application portfolio will then open in a new tab.
