Goods and services

The goods and services provided by the Society for Education and Training (SET) are only available to current members whose membership subscription is up to date.

For the purposes of this policy, goods and services, include anything purchased from SET. For detailed information on the individual costs of goods and services please refer to the relevant section of the SET website.

SET does not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to incorrect card details or other reasons).

We are no longer accepting cheques as payment. 

 

Confirmation of Payment

You will receive a confirmation of your payment by email as well as an on-screen confirmation after payment has been received.

 

Disclaimer

SET is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.

SET does not store your credit/debit card details on the website. This information is processed by Barclaycard.

 

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. However, in extenuating circumstances the SET can exercise discretion for refund within 30 days of receipt of payment. Requests for refund must be sent in writing to the membership team.
