SET members can benefit from 12 Special Interest Digests (SIDs), packed with the latest content, course information and developments across the Further Education and Training sector.
The SIDs, which can be found via the My SET dashboard, include useful links and signposting to the latest news, events, courses, articles, videos and digital events, aimed at enhancing knowledge and understanding for those working across further education, vocational teaching and training.
Members can use the SIDs to gain instant access to related content, information and advice across the Education and Training Foundation’s (ETF) growing digital platforms, which along with the SET website, include: FE Advice, Excellence Gateway, Foundation Online Learning and The Leadership Hub.
“Our Special Interest Digests could be described as mini newsletters which members can access at their convenience via their dashboard, either on their mobile or desktop,” says Martin Reid, Head of SET.
“By selecting the ones which are of interest to them, we can ensure that we can continue to communicate with those particular groups of people who want to know more about a particular area. We understand how confusing it can be to find all the information you need to in one place, so we hope these SIDs go some way to easing that,” he adds.
