Recruitment to the Education and Training Foundation’s (ETF) Practitioner Research Programme (PRP) for 2021–2022 will open on 6 July 2021.
The Programme, which is delivered by the University of Sunderland’s Centre of Excellence in Teacher Training (SUNCETT), provides intensive research training and mentorship for practice-focused research at MA and MPhil Level to teachers and education leaders from across the Further Education and Training sector in England.

The closing date for applications is 17 September 2021 at 5pm.
The sixth ETF Early Career Researcher Conference, at which those currently on the programme will share their research, takes place consecutively with the ETF-sponsored first Online International Practice-Focused Research in Education Conference (IPFREC) from 5–8 July 2021. Both conferences are delivered by SUNCETT. Places can be booked via the conference portal.

More than 27,000 practitioners have been awarded Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status since it was first introduced in 2008. As QTLS status marks its fifteenth anniversary, applications for the current cohort remain open, closing on 30 November.
